For a moment, I thought my payment had vanished into the void. It took longer than expected, and I was sitting there refreshing like it was the final scene of a thriller. But in the end, it went through fine. A bit slow, but it worked.

I ordered from Hansshow and the shipping was way slower than I expected. I wasn’t thinking it would arrive overnight or anything, but it took long enough that I started getting frustrated.

The tracking barely changed, so I kept checking it myself like every day. for a while it just looked like the package was sitting somewhere with no real update, which was super annoying.

The product might be totally fine, but the wait kind of ruined the whole experience for me. Not sure I’d order again if shipping is always This slow.

The box showed up solid and neatly packed, and nothing was damaged at all. I know I sometimes overthink shipping stuff, but in this case it was actually worth noticing because everything arrived safe and in good shape.

"Reliable delivery, surprisingly enough"
I ordered from hansshow.com and, to be fair, the delivery was actually reliable. The tracking updated like it was supposed to, which is always a nice little miracle, and the package showed up when they said it would. The box did have a small dent, because apparently that’s just part of the experience now, but thankfully nothing inside was damaged. Overall, it was good, not flawless, but good enough.

I can’t really give a proper review because I haven’t had any firsthand experience with the product yet. It’s a little frustrating being asked to rate or comment on something I haven’t actually tried. Once I’ve used it, I’d be happy to share a real opinion, but right now there’s just not much I can say.

"The app has been really frustrating"
I don’t know if it’s just how mine is set up or what, but the Hansshow Innovations app has been the most annoying part of using it. It freezes on me, some buttons just don’t do anything, and every now and then it randomly makes me log in again. I even deleted it and reinstalled it, but nothing really changed.
It feels like something that should be quick ends up taking way longer than it needs to. The actual product might be fine, I guess, but the app makes the whole experience feel unfinished. Maybe I’m missing something, but at this point it’s just more hassle than I want to deal with

"International shipping was a whole mess"
I ordered from outside the US the shipping was so frustrating. The tracking barely updated, the package took way longer than it was supposed to, and when I reached out to support, they didn’t really give me anything useful. Like, make it make sense. I don’t think I’d order internationally from here again.

I ordered the wrong part and reached out for a refund. Support did get back to me, but every reply took a few days, which got frustrating. They made it sound like it would be handled quickly, but that definitely wasn’t the case. I did get my money back eventually, but the whole process felt dragged out and not very smooth...

I ordered this part because it was listed as fitting my Tesla model, but once I started installing it, something felt off. It didn’t line up the way I expected and I had to keep adjusting it just to get it close. Even after messing with it for a while, it still isn’t sitting perfectly. They do have a few useful Tesla items, but I expected a lot more when it came to smaller accessories. I spent way too much energy browsing around thinking there’d be more options, and it ended up feeling limited. Not terrible or anything, just kind of average.
